At 4.05 PM yesterday Amigo (AMGO) announced that the High Court had approved its reconstruction and revised new business scheme. With the FCA having withdrawn its opposition to the scheme, following revisions, that was no shock at all. And seeing the shares fly to 9p at the open was also no great shock given the utterly insane ramping by Bulletin Board Morons and others of this Parish who should know better. But the shares are now back at 7.5p and are a fabulous short.

Au contraire, thanks to Winnileaks I have a letter from Ms Meyer explaining how UK journalists discriminate against American women as they are all misogynists, Mr Justice Kerr, who sentenced her to 6 months, does not understand the law and how she does not owe her ex-lawyer Julian Pike at Farrer &Co £300,000 at all. She has, in fact, invoiced him for £1million! And she will “destroy” his firm. Enjoy!

Today the deadwood press are all over Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer following the warrant for her arrest being issued by the High Court. Sadly, I am not sure if it is enforceable on her in Switzerland but surely it signals the end of her twenty plus year while collar criminal career. I have been exposing her crimes for more than four years now with more than 250 articles and podcasts in that period. Her online harassment and the lawyers letters did not deter me! But why was the rest of the deadwood press so silent?

In a story first reported by the Law Gazette but subsequently claimed as an “exclusive” by both the Mail and City AM, it seems that an arrest warrant has now been issued by Mr Justice Kerr in the High Court for Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer MBE. This follows on the from the case first reported here on Monday,in full with the actual judgement, which took place on 26 January when Kerr imposed a suspended 6 month sentence but demanded that Meyer provide documents to Court by 7 February and appear in person on the 14th. She did neither.

There was a High Court Ruling this week which concerns attempts by the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and AIM to discipline the firm of ZAI Corporate Finance, a Nomad, or retained adviser, to firms on the AIM casino. The big question here is what dirty linen the Stock Exchange is desperate to hide. I should declare at this juncture that I am an expert witness in this case.

A crowdfunding appeal has been launched to take Jason Drummond & Nilesh Jagatia of Teathers (TEA) infamy to the High Court over a previous debacle Purple Lounge & AIM listed (now bust) Media Corp. It is claimed that investors were misled and also that client funds at Purple Lounge went missing. The allegations, and at this stage they are allegations, are very serious indeed.

If men want to have sex with each other I have no problem with it. If they want to get married to each other I support their right to do so. After all why should hetrosexuals be the only ones to suffer. But a High Court ruling yesterday means that you and I and all the other taxpayers are going to be forking out vast amounts to subsidise the lifestyle choices of a vocal, and well supported, minority. It is very rare that the LSE censures any company but the most explicit and damming censure was for Minmet(MNT). The lawyer who acted on all of its deals which brought the company was Julian Hamilton Barns. I have referred to the Minment Scandal and to mr Hamilton Barns being of Minmet infamy. JHB is now trying to fund another company - Athabasca Resources and so wants my comments withdrawn and me to be barred from commenting again. The injunction hearing is on Thursday. The lunchtime diners were quiet as I recorded - not quite what you expect on a quiet Wednesday. But I won! Thanks to the supporters and supportive members of the press who turned up to root for me at the High Court. The gagging order, the injunction is lifted and Aiden Earley of the fraud Worthngton (WRN) and Rangers FC pays my costs. This is Round 1.
Round 2 is in a couple of weeks so that money will be hepful.
But for now I am getting hammered wth pizza hardman Darren Atwater as we bask in the glory of fighting for a free press and in the sweet joy that is victory. Bring on the coke & hookers!

I am not sure if I feel confident. The British legal system is daunting but I know that what I have done in revealing the acts of Aiden Earley is the right thing to do. It is in the public interest, most notably for Jerome pensioners and shareholders in Worthington as well as stakeholders in Rangers FC, that the truth comes out.

Some of the Bulletin Board loons seems to have expected me to be in prison or bankrupted by this afternoon after round 1 of Sefton vs. Tom Winnifrith in the High Court. Oddly there were three policeman waiting outside the chambers of Master Kay when we emerged but they were not looking for me. But I am sorry to disappoint the loons…this case is not going to be settled, if indeed Sefton is still around, until 2014.
The matters today were purely procedural. When must Sefton disclose various matters and what must it disclose. Who can or cannot be called as expert witnesses. How a certain key witness who destroys the case against me will be introduced. That sort of thing.
Sefton’s barrister was silky. I rather enjoyed it when he talked of the libel and Master Kay interrupted with “alleged libel.” He took the put down well. Sefton’s lawyer from Pinsent Masons (Ms Skinner)
